Msc App.Sci (Physiotherapy)
Zoe is deeply committed to making a positive difference in people’s lives. After completing her Physiotherapy studies in the UK, Zoe began her professional journey in Hong Kong. Her years of experience working in hospitals and private clinics across various specialties have helped develop a diverse skill set, which eventually sparked a passion for musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Zoe also pursued a Masters in Clinical Physiotherapy at Curtin University (Perth), where she had the opportunity to co-author a research paper on chronic low back pain.
Zoe takes pride in her ability to problem-solve and create customized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s unique needs. She enjoys incorporating hands-on techniques alongside clinical exercises to provide a functional approach to rehabilitation. In addition to her Master’s degree, Zoe has pursued specialized training in Mulligan’s technique for neck and lower limb issues and McKenzie technique for managing back pain.
With a strong focus on empathy, client-centered care, and goal-driven outcomes, Zoe offers holistic treatments that are both individualized and evidence-based. Whether addressing painful conditions, injury prevention, or supporting a return to sports, she ensures to listen closely and provide practical, achievable solutions. Zoe firmly believe that equipping individuals with the knowledge and tools to manage their conditions is key to improving both their physical and mental well-being long term.
Outside of work, Zoe enjoys spending quality time with my family and friends, exploring hiking trails, watching sunsets, and cooking. She is also an avid traveler who loves capturing the beauty of different places around the world with her camera.
Additionally, Zoe is fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin.
