Darren is an experienced Physiotherapist with more than 30 years in private practice. In addition to his extensive physiotherapy background, he holds a Master of Professional Psychology and also works as a provisional psychologist, offering a uniquely holistic approach to patient care.

Throughout his career, Darren has worked with elite performers, including the USA and Canada Ice Skating teams, as well as major touring artists such as Ariana Grande and Katy Perry. His special interest lies in the assessment and treatment of spinal and sports injuries, utilising hands-on therapy, acupuncture, and tailored exercise prescription to help patients achieve optimal recovery.

Outside of his professional roles, Darren enjoys spending time with his family and training in karate and boxing.
